And he and Samuel went and stayed in Naioth. ~ 1 Samuel 19:18

David testifies many times in the Psalms that the Lord is His Rock and Shelter and Hiding Place. This time David hides with Samuel. There are times when God Himself ministers to us. There are times when He uses others. I need to both be ready to offer support to others with love, and be humble enough to seek their support when I need it.

Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. ~ Galatians 6:2Anne Lang Bundyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02998809463390846323noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-809157568233077453.post-63923672478614066882009-05-22T11:41:52.476-07:002009-05-22T11:41:52.476-07:00I'm having a Bible dilemma. I mentioned the shortage at my house on my blog the other day.

Unfortunately, I don't have one handy at the moment.

I will say this: The verse you mentioned about Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego fascinated me when I was a child. I used to read that story over and over because it was so inspiring.

Coincidentally, not more than a week ago, I found the children's book in which I used to read that story. It was in a box of my childhood belongings I had put in the attic.

Cool.Kathryn Hupp-Harrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03776391661543060879noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-809157568233077453.post-53177404255893120232009-05-21T22:03:59.793-07:002009-05-21T22:03:59.793-07:00ok in my life not live :)ok in my life not live :)KM Wilsherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11250774015974420209noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-809157568233077453.post-616413858081523012009-05-21T22:03:39.659-07:002009-05-21T22:03:39.659-07:00Ashley! {{squeal}} so good to see you!
