THE HOLIDAY SERIES
UNLEASH THE MAGIC
DECEMBER CHAPTER
FALL ON YOUR KNEES
When you were a kid, weren't you on the edge of your chair the day after Thanksgiving waiting for the Christmas Specials? I loved them.
Rembember the The Little Drummer Boy?
A very sweet tale around the story that is Christmas, the birth of our savior.
What is your favorite?
Come back next Movie Monday and hear about a Christmas Special that still encourages me today!

I enjoyed Rudolph - but my favorite is Charlie Brown Christmas. I get teared up when Linus stands on the stage and recites the Nativity Story from the Bible.
I agree with Lori--Rudolph and Charlie Brown. And to this day, even though we have just about all of them on DVD for the kids, there's something about watching them on TV...
I don't know if I've seen little drummer boy. That claymation stuff is great. I like Rudolph. . you remember that ringing sound when his nose lights up? LOL.
Ahh, the memories.
I love Christmas movies and cartoons!
I'm with Lori and Kat (and Lynn) --Rudolph and Charlie Brown are my favorites.
Every year, while we decorate the tree or frost Christmas cookies, we'll watch Rudolph and Home Alone. And we make it a point to find when the Charlie Brown Christmas special and How the Grinch Stole Christmas (cartoon) is on TV so we can watch. The other day we watched Santa Claus is Comin' to Town with Burgermestier Meisterburger.
I also love A Christmas Story.
I like the Grinch and Jack Frost the best. My brother and sisters always stay up on Christmas Eve and watch the Frosty the Snowman ones--all of them. lol
Hmm. Let's see. For the Christmas Special? I'm gonna guess... It's a Wonderful Life. But I could be wrong. :P
Yes indeed! Those Christmas cartoons were always something looked for to each year as a kid.
